These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZEN+ Loyalty App (“App”) provided by ZEN Healthcare (“ZEN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
To access and use the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

The App allows you to participate in the ZEN+ loyalty program, earn rewards, and redeem rewards for discounts or other benefits at participating ZEN locations.

You may not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.
Rewards may be earned by making qualifying purchases at participating ZEN locations and by engaging in other activities as specified in the App. Standard reward rate is 2p per £1 spent, subject to promotions and any changes in the Terms.
Rewards may be redeemed for discounts, free products, or other benefits as specified in the App and subject to availability.
Rewards have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except as required by law.
