ZEN+ Loyalty App Terms and Conditions

Rewards may be earned by making qualifying purchases at participating ZEN locations and by engaging in other activities as specified in the App. Standard reward rate is 2p per £1 spent, subject to promotions and any changes in the Terms.

3.2. Redeeming Rewards

Rewards may be redeemed for discounts, free products, or other benefits as specified in the App and subject to availability.

3.3. Reward Restrictions

Rewards have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except as required by law.
