ZEN Healthcare Gift Card Terms & Conditions

 

  1. ZEN Healthcare Gift Cards can be redeemed against any products and clinic services (excluding prescription items) specifically offered by ZEN Healthcare. Gift cards can be used for making a purchase. A gift card is not a credit or debit card and has no implied warranties.
  2. If a customer uses their physical gift card instore and then returns their purchase, they will receive a refund via a physical gift card. No cash refunds will be given for purchases made with a gift card. A valid receipt must be presented to verify the original purchase as per ZEN Healthcare general terms and conditions.
  3. The customer has the right  to cancel their order and return the ZEN Healthcare physical gift cards for no reason at all, provided that they inform us in writing that they wish to cancel within 14 calendar days, starting on the day the physical gift cards are purchased. A valid receipt must be provided as proof of purchase. If a customer chooses to return a ZEN Healthcare gift card, then they must take reasonable care of it and should return it in a re-saleable condition within 30 calendar days from the day of the original purchase, and only if ZEN Healthcare has been notified in writing as per above. The gift card can be returned to any of ZEN Healthcare branches in the original packaging and with the original receipt. Refund arrangements will then be made provided all conditions are met.
  4. ZEN Healthcare physical gift cards can be topped up by taking them to a member of staff at the tills in your nearest ZEN Healthcare branch, or purchased via the ZEN+ app. Gift card balances can be checked at any time in any of our branches or on the ZEN+ app if a gift card has been linked to it. For any additional support with gift cards, please email us on info@zenhealthcare.co.uk or call your local branch.
  5. ZEN Healthcare is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards or any unauthorized card use, and cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift card balance can be retained if linked to ZEN+ account and can be used via the ZEN+ app without the physical card. The gift cards remain the property of ZEN Healthcare, and may not be tampered or interfered with, without ZEN Healthcare’s consent. If a gift card is found, please return to the nearest ZEN Healthcare store.
  6. In addition to these specific Terms & Conditions, all purchases are also subject to our general company policy available on the company website.
