Prescription Ordering Service – Supplement terms

The Terms in this section are supplement terms applied to the Users who use our Prescription Ordering Service. Therefore, these Terms should be read together with our General Terms and Conditions of Use, which will also apply.

  1. Registration Process

 

To register for your prescription to be dispensed and delivered by us, you will need to have an Account with us or Register for Prescription Service on our website.

 

There are different types of Prescription Services we provide: Private Prescriptions where we will dispense and deliver your private prescriptions sent to us by you or by Online Doctor after your consultation with him/her.

 

Whilst we encourage our Customers to use our website for Prescription Service (which is programmed to make the order process quick and easy), we also can assist with this Service on the phone (Calls are charged at local rates from a landline and regular mobile operator’s charges for calls from mobiles).

 

  1. Restrictions of Authorisation, Age and Residency

 

If the prescription is not for you personally but for somebody else, by placing an order you warrant to us that you have the authority to act on behalf of the individual whose prescription it is and/or you have the authority to request such prescription to be dispensed by us.

 

Do not order prescription for somebody else on our website unless you have a full authority to do so.

 

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. If you are below 18, you should speak to your parents, legal guardian or a person who is authorised to place a Prescription Order for you. By placing an order, Users confirm that they are 18 years old or above.

 

We are a regulated Online Pharmacy in England and we dispense and deliver Prescriptions only to individuals who live in England and Wales.

 

 

  1. Prescription Verification and Legal Agreement between you and Us

 

Upon receipt of your prescription, we will undertake a verification process to make sure that your prescription is genuine and items you preordered through the website or phone are matching with your prescription.

 

In some circumstances we may be required to contact you for clarification of your order. Please make sure your contact information submitted to us with your order is correct. If we cannot reach you to clarify your order, we will not be able to fulfill your order and dispense your prescription items.

 

No Prescription Order placed by you will be binding on us until we have verified your prescription and confirmed the order acceptance for dispensing to you in writing (via email or through your account notifications).

We reserve the right to return your prescription and to reject any order. We will not accept liability for any damage suffered as result of this (to the full extent permitted by law).

 

  1. Cancellation of Prescription Item’s Order

 

You may order your Prescription in advance using our Website. However, we will not start processing you order until we receive your actual Prescription, as we need to make sure your order is placed correctly and your prescription is genuine. Once we start processing your Prescription Order it cannot be cancelled.

 

Therefore, if for some reason you wish to cancel your prescription order you should do so promptly by contacting us and before sending your prescription to us.

 

You agree that after you have posted your prescription to us, we will have begun the service at your request and that you will have no rights to cancel the order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or otherwise.

 

 

  1. Eligibility for prescriptions

 

Responsibility and liability for the information you provide rests with you, so please provide us only accurate information and do not make a false declaration.

 

  1. Private Prescriptions Cost

 

Your private prescription items will be charged as per our price list. Most of the items can be found on our website.

 

  1. Delivery, Postage and Costs

 

We post your prescription to the address provided by you for the order.

 

We use third party couriers and the postal service and we will not be liable in respect of items that are not received by you.

 

Delivery of Prescription Items must be signed by you on delivery and you also acknowledge and confirm that any person at the delivery address can sign for the items as your authorised representative.  We accept no liability should a third party at your address open your prescription and find out about your personal medical condition.

 

We are not responsible if the packaging is opened after delivery, we will bear no liability to you for lost or damaged items.

 

 

Private Prescriptions could be delivered by our courier or via DHL Signed For Delivery, in both cases the delivery will require a signature on delivery. We will notify you about any applicable delivery charges (if any) before you submit your order. Charges will be based upon the speed at which you would like your prescription to be delivered to you and address of delivery.

 

By providing to us your payment card details, you confirm that you agree to pay for the applicable charges relating to your prescription and postage charge you also authorise us to take such relevant payment in full via provided payment card.

 

Please note, if any refund shall be due to you as per this terms and conditions, it will be refunded/returned to you using the payment gateway and/or card originally used by you to make a payment.

 

  1. Original Prescription Requirement

 

All Prescription Orders must be accompanied by Original Prescriptions. We will arrange delivery of your medication only on receipt of Original Prescription.

 

We accept no liability in connection to not receiving your Original Prescription. Please ensure you contact us at the earliest but not later than 30 days regarding your Prescription Order.

 

  1. Non-Availability, Suitability and Refrigeration Products

 

Certain drugs cannot be dispensed and delivered to you using regular postage. If any prescription items are not available, or are not suitable for dispensing in a regular way we will contact you to discuss available options.

 

Certain drugs require refrigeration or are controlled drugs. If such item is on your prescription we will call you to discuss possible options of fulfilling your order.

  1. Dispensing or Postage Error

 

You must check the items dispensed to you carefully and promptly on delivery. Do not use the items if you believe they have been sent to you in dispensing error. Please contact us immediately for replacement.

 

  1. Damaged and Soiled Items

To receive results of your consultation or to book an appointment for Vaccination via our website, you will need to register and complete Assessment Questionnaire depending upon your need.

 

  1. Vaccinations  Assessment and Cancellation  

 

You must be sure that Vaccination you ask for is advised before purchasing it, as it is better for your health. It is in your interest to provide honest and full answers, so our specialists can give you the right advice based on your individual circumstances. Your answers could affect the advice you are given.

 

On your Appointment date we reserve the right to revisit your Assessment completed online. In the event answers to question we ask you during appointment differs from the answers submitted online, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your Vaccination.

 

Based on your individual circumstances you may require other Vaccinations for your Travel. We will inform you about additional Vaccination you may require based on your Assessment. We accept no liability to you if you decide not to take Vaccines recommended during your Appointment.

 

In the event, Vaccination has been cancelled by us we will refund your money for the Vaccine pre-booked and paid online. It will be refunded to the original method of payment you used to book/buy the Service.

 

We reserve the right to charge you consultation fee in such circumstances. Please make sure before your appointment you feel well and do not suffer from flu, cold or other infections; you should contact us before your appointment if there are changes in your health since you last completed the Online Assessment for your Travel Vaccination.

 

If you decide to reschedule your appointment for the Vaccination, you must inform us at least one day in advance. If you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment on the same day, we may charge you 50% of the Consultation fee.

 

 

Health Warning

 

We insist that before being vaccinated you know which countries you plan to visit. If your planned stay abroad exceeds six months we encourage you to undertake a full medical assessment and consultation with your GP. If you do not remember what Vaccines you had when you were a child and these vaccinations are required for your travel, we encourage you to consult your GP, as some vaccines may not be required or effective for you.

 

Failure to do so can seriously harm your health.

The terms below apply to all our coupons, vouchers and promotional codes.

All our coupons, vouchers and promotional codes provided by us:

  • can only be redeemed against goods displayed on our website;
  • cannot be exchanged for money;
  • cannot be redeemed against any prescription item

We post your order to the address provided by you for the order. We use third party couriers and the postal service and we will not be liable in respect of items that are not received by you due to the address error.

 

Postage costs will be added to the cost of your order on checkout and displayed on screen before you confirm your order to us.

Postage cost is calculated depending upon the product’s size and weight and delivery option you choose (if provided).

 

Where multiple items are included in one order, we may organise delivery of the items separately, however you will be charged for postage only once.

 

 

Delivery options on a regular items from our website:

  • Next Day Delivery, subject to the address (area) of delivery, cost will be displayed to you before you submit your order to us.
  • Same Day Delivery, available in London and M25 area, cost will be displayed to you before you submit your order to us.

 

 

  1. Payment and refunds

 

By providing to us your payment card details, you confirm that you agree to pay for the applicable charges including postage charges (total cost of your order displayed on your screen) and you also authorise us to take such total payment in full via the payment card provided.

 

Please note, if any refund shall be due to you as per this terms and conditions, it will be refunded/returned to you using the payment gateway and/or card originally used by you to make the payment.

  1. Orders Delivery

 

9.1. Standard Delivery

 

Delivery time is within five to seven working days. Delivery timescales are estimates only. You must contact us providing all relevant details about your order, if it has not arrived to the provided address within 14 days. We cannot help you with your order if you will not inform and cooperate with us.

 

9.2. Next Day Delivery

 

This type of delivery may not be offered on all items in your order and only available in mainland UK.

Orders submitted before 2pm Monday-Friday will be delivered the Next working Day, orders after 2pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered the following working day. If order is submitted on Friday after 2pm, it will be delivered the following Tuesday. This schedule excludes Bank Holidays, during which standard delivery timing will apply.

 

9.3. Same Day Delivery

 

This type of delivery may not be offered on all items in your order and only available to London and within the M25 area.

 

Orders submitted before 2pm Monday-Friday will be delivered the same working Day.

Orders after 2pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered the Next working day. If order is submitted on Friday after 2pm, it will be delivered the following Monday. This schedule excludes Bank Holidays, during which standard delivery timing may apply.

 

 

  1. Postage or Packaging Error

 

You must check the items of your order carefully and promptly on delivery. Do not use the items if you believe they are not the items you ordered or addressed to you and sent in error. Please contact us immediately for replacement and investigation of the issue.

Electrical products displayed and purchased via our website are designed for use in the UK and will be fitted with a UK plug. Please check with the manufacturer before using such electrical product outside the UK, especially in countries with different voltage system.

Part III. Returns Policy

 

Important Terms

 

If you are unhappy with the item ordered through us, you have a right to return this item to us (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations). It is necessary that the item(s) is(are) returned to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Such item(s) should be returned unused, in its original packaging along with proof of purchase and in a fully resalable condition.

Item(s) of your order cancelled under these Regulations are entitled to a refund of any standard postage paid for the delivery of your order to us. You can cancel your order before it is delivered to you; otherwise you will need to follow returns procedure indicated below.

If you wish to return an item, returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. You will need to pay for and organize the return postage, which will not be refunded to you unless the item you wish to return is faulty.

Please note if any goods which form part of a bundle offer are returned for a refund, then the remaining items will revert to their normal catalogue price and you will be refunded accordingly.

We will not refund your postage charge if you wish to return only some of the items of your order and not your complete order.

Medicines that are sold over the counter or with a prescription cannot be returned or exchanged and the amount paid cannot be refunded as per the Medicines Act.

It’s mandatory you enclose Return Covering Letter indicating the order number, your name and address, items you are returning and reason(s) for returning the goods. Please ensure you also enclose the delivery note indicating date you received your order.

Damaged and Faulty Items

Should within 1 month from the delivery date an item we have supplied is faulty we will replace or repair the item for free or refund the price you paid for it as well as any postage charges paid by you for delivery. This does not apply to items that have failed due to wear and tear. Some products, such as electrical goods, are sold with a manufacturer’s guarantee (or warranty), often for a year giving you additional rights and you should check these carefully.

If any item received is damaged please inform us promptly to avoid misunderstandings.

Refunds for the Returned Items

Upon receipt of your returned items by us, refund process may take 5-7 working days (depending upon your card provider) to be credited to your account originally used to pay for your order.  

We will refund only standard postage amount paid by you to return the item. We will not refund the postage charge if you wish to return only some of the items of your order and not your order in full.

Refunds and Returns Restrictions

We do not accept returns of prescription medicines, or anything that has a hygiene seal that has been broken.

In the case that the packaging has been opened for reasons of hygiene, health and safety we are unable to refund or exchange returned products unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

According to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations we have the right to reduce the amount of refund that you receive, should the item(s) you return (other than faulty items) be damaged or used in any way.

The reduced amount of your refund will depend upon the devaluation of such item(s) due to your use or damage of such item. Please be careful when sending return item(s) to us, as if such item arrives to us in a not resalable condition, reduction may be 100%, which means you will not receive a refund for the price paid by you for the item.

We limit our maximum liability for our failure to fulfil an order that we are legally bound to fulfil to the price paid by you for that order.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
