Skinvive™ by Allergan is a hyaluronic acid (HA) micro-injection treatment. Unlike traditional fillers which add volume, Skinvive micro-droplets of purified HA are injected into the shallow dermis to hydrate skin from within, improve smoothness, and stimulate collagen. It’s FDA-cleared and among the most advanced skin booster technologies available.
Skinvive already contains lidocaine (a local anaesthetic) within the formula for added comfort. Additionally, our clinicians apply a topical numbing cream 20–30 minutes before the procedure. Most patients describe only a minor pinching sensation — extremely well-tolerated.
The treatment itself takes approximately 20–30 minutes. Including consultation and numbing time, allow around 45–60 minutes. It is truly a “lunchtime” treatment.
