The PRP Therapy Treatment (called also vampire facelift) is the latest in Anti-ageing and hair loss solutions. Some refer to it as a non-surgical face lift. However, unlike other aesthetic treatments, it focuses on a more natural approach, using your own blood component to rejuvenate your skin.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) firstly stimulates and remodels collagen. Secondly, powerful growth factors and stem cells are introduced into the skin for a more youthful, tighter, glowing appearance.

Anywhere on the face or body can be treated, including dark circles, smile lines, neck, hair, hands, breasts, buttocks, stomach, stretch marks and decollate.

PRP Frequently Asked Questions

Is PRP treatment safe?

PRP treatment is a safe, effective alternative for people seeking natural healing without the use of surgery or medications. Because PRP is made from a person’s own blood there is no chance of allergic, hypersensitivity, or foreign-body reactions. An FDA-approved, closed sterile system is used throughout the procedure to prevent infection. A brief period of inflammation/redness at the site of application is normal and expected. There is little to no downtime following most PRP procedures and recovery time is significantly less than with surgery. PRP permits the body to take advantage of the normal healing pathways at a greatly accelerated rate.

How quickly does PRP Work?

Most patients see some improvement within 2-6 weeks.

Is there any patient who would not be a good candidate for PRP?

Patients with severe anemia, low platelet count, abnormal platelet function, active systemic infection or those with an active cancer are not recommended to be administered PRP.

What are the side effects of PRP?

Expect minimal swelling, bruising and redness for 12-24 hours.

How long do results last?

As we are regenerating collagen lasting results will depend on the care and maintenance of your skin. However, 2-3 treatments will help results last up to 18months.

How long is the process from start to finish?

Approximately 45 minutes per two test tubes.
